This gorgeous home features 3 Bedrooms and a Bonus Room, which consists of a King Bed, Bathroom, and Wet bar on the lower level. This additional room can be locked off from the upstairs living area for privacy, if desired.

Savor a fire pit with seating, private dock for fishing and crabbing with seating on the water, boat dock or bring/rent kayaks and paddle boards! Other outdoor features include sunbathing decks, 2 hammocks, corn hole game, horseshoes, and an outdoor shower. In the evening appreciate the spectacular sunset and later gaze up at the stars.

Spend your days scanning for seashells, sunbathing, or walking along the Atlantic Ocean, located just 7 miles from the home. This home provides beach chairs and an umbrella for your convenience.

Your rental includes use of the community pool (**), tennis courts, clubhouse, a giant sound side park with sandy beaches, playground, sheltered picnic areas, basketball court as well as a boat launch and marina.
