Ground Level: Exterior amenities include an outside shower, charcoal grille, plenty of parking and the completely gated private pool.

Mid Level: Entry level with covered deck. Queen Bedroom with semi-private full bath (second door from bathroom to hallway), Queen Bedroom with intelligent TV, Bedroom with DuoBunk, Trundle and TV, and the laundry area with washer and dryer.

Top Level: Great room with enormous flat-screen TV and ocean vistas, kitchen, dining area with bench seating 8 and deck access and ocean vistas, and a Queen Bedroom with semi-private full bath (additional doorway to the great room).

Linens and towels included at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

This property does NOT provide beach chairs.
