Originally, a two-bedroom flat roof bungalow the "Kneas Family Cottage" has evolved into the ideal beach vacation location for families hosting five bedrooms and 3 full baths, one-half bath + an outside shower. With a handsome deck overlooking a enormous grassy lot, it is walking distance (1800 feet) to the beach, you may also drive and park at the 5th street beach access. Short walk to the Sound, and shopping making it the ideal economical rental home for huge families.

The first-floor living area and freshly refreshed kitchen are a sizable open "L" shaped area with plenty of seating for dining, TV, reading area, and gaming. Two bedrooms and one and a half baths are located on the first floor. One of these bedrooms is ideal for kids as it hosts 2 full-size beds and three singles.
