Welcome to Champagne Shores, a comfortable 3-bedroom home located in the gated, family-friendly waterfront community of Colington Harbor.

Once you step inside this bright and beachy home, you will be welcomed with coastal décor and cathedral ceilings in the great room. A dining area for six transitions into a cozy living area, while the well-equipped kitchen features refreshed appliances and countertops. Three comfortable bedrooms and 2 full baths round out the interior at Champagne Shores.

Outside, the enormous wraparound deck is where you will want to spend your mornings sipping coffee. Downstairs, a patio with seating and a fire pit provides a space to gather and reminisce on the day’s activities. Appreciate a game of ping pong in the covered area underneath the home, or soak in the hot tub and relax after a long day of fun in the sun!
