A cavernous upstairs features an open floor plan with a completely outfitted kitchen, enormous dining table, and living room with a fireplace. Appreciate the sunset vistas over the sound from the front porch. The three upstairs bedrooms include a king bed and private bathroom, a queen bedroom, and a bedroom with two twin beds.

Downstairs features a second king bedroom that includes a trundle daybed, a additional game room with arcade games, and a private office.

The covered dining area has plenty of seating, a gas grille for cookouts, and an outdoor shower. Bay Drive is a short walk away where you'll find a sound beach with a tree swing, Hayman Blvd Gazebo, and a multi-use path along the sound leading to the Wright Brothers Memorial.
