There is a refreshing private pool that will please everyone! The home features a family friendly layout that provides privacy along with an open feeling for family gatherings. To make your stay even more enjoyable there is an elevator at the home as well. When it comes to choose a home for you vacation, this one is an excellent choice for making memories that are sure to last a long time!

Lower Level: Queen Master Bedroom with TV. Recreation Room with foosball, couch and TV. Washer and Dryer Area. Access to Swimming Pool, Hot Tub and outside shower.

Mid Level: Bedroom with 2 Single Beds, TV, access to deck with Ocean Views. Queen bedroom with TV and door to deck with Ocean View, hall full bathroom and a Queen Master bedroom with TV.

Upper Level: King Master Bedroom with /TV. Half Bath. Kitchen, Dining area with seating for 14 and Living area with TV, DVD, Stereo, and Wet Bar. Slider door to deck with Ocean View.

Great Vacation!

We really enjoyed Sandy Paws. It had plenty of room for our family of three plus inviting another family of four for two of our nights. It is well-located in walking distance to the beach and restaurants. We had one minor issue on our second-to-last day with the dishwasher not properly draining. The issue wasn’t resolved during our stay but we checked out on Saturday and it sounded like it was fixed that Monday.

Went with my kids and grandchildren. The pool was great! The unit is a bit dated. I took my pup which was great. The elevator was wonderful!!

The house was in a prime location to the beach. Pool and hot tub were very nice. The AC unit in the middle floor had an issue and we were brought window units. I did feel like there was a lack of housekeeping attention when we arrived.

Another great OBX vacation with Beach Realty!

This house had all major requirements for our beach week - Good pool, doggy friendly, elevator, easy beach access & early check-in was well worth the extra money. The house was ready at 12:17! The only negatives to this house were: Needs more eating utensils, 2 refrigerator door shelves were missing and a gas grill would be nice:)
Also, extra recognition to Beach Realty maintenance. We called on Sunday about a broken box spring. A temporary repair was done on Sunday & a new box spring delivered on Monday morning! Couldn't ask for better service.

House was wonderful but needed a few maintenance repairs done! Toilet paper holder broke, outlet needed fixed, fire alarm needed to be fixed, hanging down. Other than those few MINOR things , SANDY PAWS is a great place to stay! Pool man came a few times which was great and LOVED THE ELEVATOR!! Great place!! Returning next year!!!

My only issue with the property was outback by the pool area. I wish the back yard area would have been grass or something other than the picker bushes/weeds. Also, the fencing around the pool area needs some minor work. Oher than that I thought everything was great

Perfect for a family trip!

I’ve stayed at a few OBX rental properties over the years and I have to say that this one has been my favorite. Sandy Paws had everything we needed and we really enjoyed the hot tub and short walk to the beach!

Pros :
- Great location
- ease of checking in and out
- plenty of space for our family and dog
- short walk to the beach
- pet friendly and was clean

Cons:
- honestly none!

Great location with excellent amenities

Sandy paws was a wonderful home away from home for the week! It was very conveniently located and had everything we need for a comfortable stay.

Great for pets but the sand burrs (which we know are just a part of the beach!) in all of the grassy space around the house were quite a challenge for our little dog’s paws so potty breaks involved walking down the road to a gravel lot (not a problem for us at all, but just an FYI if you have mobility issues.)

Really Nice Home

This was our first time staying at this house and using this rental company. It will NOT be our last! The house was clean and as described. The pictures do not show the doorway on the ground floor, it is located behind the front steps, and it leads directly to the elevator, which is extremely helpful. But the best part was the customer service we received from beach realty. Everyone we spoke to was very helpful and answered all our questions very quickly. Keep up the great work!

Wonderful home

This home is very spacious. We had a wonder Labor Day trip. Close to public beach access and many stores. The view has lessened somewhat by the building of some larger homes but you can still see the ocean from the decks. A clean home, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, the staff addressed all needs immediately. Would highly recommend!

Very nice home for our family of five plus grandma! We enjoyed our chilly beach trip - walking to the beach was so easy, really close to food/grocery and playgrounds near by! We do wish there would have been more indoor activities (puzzles, kids toys), and the kitchen needs a few things (more silverware!); but other than that, great location and time had!

2021 Family vacation

We like the location and the view. Next year not sure if the view will be the same because they are building across the street. Having the elevator was a big plus, especially when bringing up the luggage and food to the top floor. The property was clean and the layout was good. There were a few little things in the showers that needed to updated. One shower the light didn't work, the other shower head you couldn't adjust the spray and the other one had no pressure. That is the only issue we had with the property.

Nice place to stay!!

I am unsure how to write this review because I enjoyed our stay here BUT wish some things were different! Overall it was nice!

I think the maintence on the outside of the house needs to be kept up at least once a week. For a house that allows dogs, the outside was not very friendly for us to walk around in with our dogs. The sheets that went on the bed, were TOO small and slipped off every night. I would recommend replacing all of them. I put in a request for a TV that was not working properly and they were quick to fix that but I did not like that they just came to the house without calling when I requested a call ahead. The lights on the front top deck and around the pool did not work either. I put in a work order for those and never received any calls nor did anyone show up. The master king bedroom had a Jacuzzi tub, and that was the only thing that I saw that was not cleaned properly. Other than that, it seemed clean.

I think the Monday we paid for this house for the week was maybe a LITTLE too high, but all in all it was a nice house and a great stay.

Great Vacay at Sandy Paws!

My family enjoyed staying at the Sandy Paws beach house. It was the perfect size for the 11 of us. (8 adults and 3 kids). We loved that it was walking Soto the beach and to restaurants. The only thing that would make this house better is for them to upgrade their kitchen appliances because we would have like to cooked more. Great place!

We were absolutely pleased with our stay at Sandy started with the interaction with the staff and continued with the amenities for the rest of our entire week! We chose a pet friendly site and our 11 yr old mutts LOVED the elevator, as did we unpacking and packing! The welcome goody bag was a very nice surprise for us and the pups! The kitchen was well stocked, the pool and hot tub clean and refreshing, we hooked our fire stick up to the TV with ease,and RELAXED !! We are already checking our calendars to see when we can stay again. See you again soon!

Loved Sandy Paws

We visited the Sunday following the Nor'Easter storm that hit the east coast on Wed. Jan 3rd-4th. The roads were icy and driveway and steps very icy. But we safely arrived on Sunday Jan 7th and enjoyed a comfortable rental at Sandy Paws.

Perfect location close to the beach and shops/restaurants. The house was nice overall and had everything you needed. Plenty of space and the pool was nice. The house is a little dated though. Carpets have tears in them, slider door lock was loose. Toilets would run constantly. I have found after multiple stays in OBX the cleaning crew does a sub par job and there was mold and mildew all over all showers and sinks. Bathroom floors were not mopped at all because when using lysol wipes they came up black. Beach Reality should seek a new vendor. Otherwise a great stay.

Amazing week at the beach!

What a great place!The rental company did a very good job of communicating with us, answering our questions beforehand, and dealing with any issues during the stay. The online (app) and paper information provided clear directions for use of the rental property.

The house was in a good location and in good condition. The elevator worked smoothly and was an asset in a three level house! The pool and hot tub were well-maintained and the fencing provided privacy from neighboring houses. There was ample parking. We had three cars and could easily turn cars around within the parking area without going onto the main highway.

There was a slight glitch with Internet access but a phone call solved the problem. Several more poolside lounge chairs would be nice but not a necessity. LOVE THIS HOUSE and rental company!!

Early June week at TaraLynn

We enjoyed TaraLynn. We were a party of 2 seniors, 1 adult, 2 boys 8 & 13. Elevator was great. Nice pool & hottub. Good location. Comfortable beds. Boys enjoyed Foozball game. Bring your own movies, games, books, pool toys, beach chairs as there are none at the home. Loved that towels & sheets were provided. Don't check in without toilet paper in hand. Run dishwasher on extended wash/heavy. Needs oven broiler pan and needs broom & dust pan on each floor. Beach access is not directly across road - that is a private driveway. Very nice home......would rent again.
