Awesome condo with excellent ocean views. The hot tub was a perfect addition and we enjoyed countless hours in the hot tub watching the surf. It would have been nice to have had a TV viewing guide so we could easily find the channels without searching.

Although we stayed for an entire week, the partial week stay is appealing to me for future visits. The kitchen in the condo was very nice, but the pots and pans were dirty and in bad shape. I had to scrub the grease out of one before I could boil water for tea. Other than that, the condo was excellent and I would come back in a heartbeat!

Unfortunately it rained all but two days during our visit, however, my fiance and I weren't unhappy with being stuck in this condo with our amazing view and the hot tub on the balcony to keep us entertained.

This was our third or fourth rental with First Flight. We love the area and have always been really pleased with the condos we've rented. This condo offered a small hot tub on the balcony which we really enjoyed relaxing while watching the sun set.

How much is the pet fee. We have a tiny dog.

The pet fee for all of our condos is $125 plus tax.

Do any of the ocean front properties have pools?

Yes - most of our oceanfront properties do have pools... only Scrimshaw and Admirals View do not.

Does the King Size Bedroom open up to the deck facing ocean

No - the bedroom is not oceanfront. The living, kitchen and dining area faces the ocean.

Is there direct beach access with this condo? Thank you!

Yes, there is a private beach access for all First Flight Retreat guest.

What is your pet fee for a small dog?

Pet Fee is 125.00 per dog, with a limit of 2 small dogs

Cancellation policy?

CANCELLATIONS: In cases of cancellation, no refund of rents will be made until the cancelled period is re-rented and confirmed. If the cancelled period cannot be re-rented, no money will be returned. If the cancelled period is re-rented, any rent monies paid will be refunded to you, less a $150 fee plus tax. ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE IN WRITING. We cannot refund any monies unless the property is re-rented for the entire rental period and prepayment has cleared. We will return payment (less travel insurance, and a cancellation fee). If the property has rented for a lower rental rate, tenant is only refunded any amount in excess of the original lease amount. Every effort will be made to rebook; however if the property does not rebook all monies received will be forfeited. The tenant is responsible for verifying that the cancellation letter has been received by First Flight Rentals. TRIP INSURANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO PROTECT AGAINST UNEXPECTED EVENTS.
