I have rented from Joe Lamb, Jr and Associates several times in the past. This year I needed a house with an elevator and the person I spoke with was very helpful in locating this property for me.

This house comfortably fit our group of 7. The house feels very private although there are neighbors on both sides. The house has everything you would need and even things that we didn't know we would need. Direct access to the beach was amazing. The house is well furnished but comfortable. It gave you the feeling you were home.

Great property for a larger group as it has 6 rooms and allows people to easily divide up over 2 floors. The middle floor has a door to the hallway of the bedrooms as well allowing for some additional privacy.

Bali Hai is an ideal blend of the elegance of an original cottage with modern amenities. The master suite was absolutely perfect for my mother, who uses a walker. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook our Thanksgiving feast. The family room has plenty of seating when everyone wants to be together, and the decks and porches have tons of private nooks for reading and relaxing. The beds were very comfortable - everyone slept great. We highly recommend Bali Hai and can't wait to return!
