Located at Milepost 9.5, you will be in the heart of the Outer Banks. A Promise Kept is located near awesome restaurants, shopping, and attractions. Situated on a corner lot, just 3 blocks from the nearest beach access at the end of E. Atlantic Street (approximately 0.2 of a mile).

The pool is open from May 5th through October 4th, 2024.

Fireplace is not for guest use.

Ground Level: Large recreation room with pool table, large flat screen SMART TV and stereo with CD player. There is a wet bar with small microwave, full-size fridge and a round table for four allowing more room for the family to come together. Half bath. Access to carport area and hot tub/pool area are on this level as well.

Mid Level: Queen en suite with private bath, flat screen, SMART TV, and deck access. Queen bedroom, bedroom with a pyramid bunk bed/trundle, full shared hall bath. All bedrooms have flat screen SMART TVs with cable. The mid level also features a large foyer area, a laundry room, and a nice covered deck.

Top Level: King en suite featuring a flat screen , SMART TV and a Jacuzzi tub with separate shower area. The great room on the top level is equipped with large flat screen SMART TV, Blu-ray/DVD player, DVDs for guest use, stereo, surround sound system and gas fireplace. The dining area has seating for 8 plus 4 at the counter bar area. The well-equipped kitchen with a pantry is another plus. There is a half bath on the top level as well. Access to deck.
