Striking Semi-Oceanfront Home in Kill Devil Hills
Mike's Beach House, conveniently located at milepost 5.5 in Kill Devil Hills, is the ideal home for your next Outer Banks vacation. Savor ocean vistas from the higher decks and a fast walk to the public beach access, just 50 feet away. The home is located on a lot with a huge yard for the kids to play in. The freshly added pool size of 14 by 30 inches with 3.5 to 6-foot depth, and hot tub are a nice addition to an already handsome home. The personal touches by the owners get even better inside, with a great ground-floor recreation room complete with a pool table.

On the Ground Level of this cavernous home, you'll find plenty of parking as well as a Covered Outdoor Picnic Table that is magnificent for shady afternoon lunches of fresh, local North Carolina seafood. Rinse off in the Enclosed Outdoor Shower after a day of fun at the beach, which is just 50 feet away at the E. Hayman Blvd. Public Beach Access, before making your way out back to the extravagant Private Pool* and warm, bubbly Hot Tub that are ideal for lulling yourself into a state of ultimate Outer Banks beach relaxation. Spend some time working on your tan on the comfortable lounge chairs by the pool before heading inside to the Garage Game Room where you can let off some steam over a game on the Pool Table while appreciating some nice, cold drinks from the Full-Size Fridge. When you're ready to get some rest, there's a Queen Bed in the close by Bonus Room with cozy porthole windows and an painless-access Washer and Dryer for those middle-of-the-week washes and rinsing the sand out of those bathing suits.

When it's time to hang out as a family, take the stairs up to the Middle Level where you can relax in a roomy Living Area with bright wooden floors, plenty of natural light, and a sizable, Flatscreen TV that is ideal for family movie nighttime or catching up on your favorite shows on a rainy day. Cook up something delicious in the bright Kitchen with modern appliances and plenty of prep space for an impressive meal of Outer Banks seafood. Get settled in at the counter Bar, which has stool seating for 4, or gather around the table in the Dining Area, which has plenty of windows and cozy seating for 6. Take the sliding glass doors out onto the Mid-Level Covered Deck where you can savor ocean vistas and spectacular breezes off the water as you relax with your favorite book or a cool drink in hand. Appreciate the calming Hammock Swing while you watch the moon appear over the ocean or wake up with a cup of coffee and an unbelievable Kill Devil Hills' sunrise.
