The freshly added pool size of 14 by 30 inches with 3.5 to 6-foot depth, and hot tub are a nice addition to an already elegant home. The personal touches by the owners get even better inside, with a great ground-floor recreation room complete with a pool table.

On the Ground Level of this cavernous home, you'll find plenty of parking as well as a Covered Outdoor Picnic Table that is amazing for shady afternoon lunches of fresh, local North Carolina seafood. Rinse off in the Enclosed Outdoor Shower after a day of fun at the beach, which is just 50 feet away at the E. Hayman Blvd. Public Beach Access, before making your way out back to the opulent Private Pool* and warm, bubbly Hot Tub that are ideal for lulling yourself into a state of ultimate Outer Banks beach relaxation.
