If you're looking for a comfortable coastal bungalow for your Outer Banks hideaway, then The Captain's Quarters is it! This adorable soundside bungalow is the epitome of appeal. Ideal for a charming hideaway or a modest family, this 2-bedroom, 1-bath vacation home has everything you need to relax and appreciate everything the Outer Banks has to offer.

When you walk through the front door of this open floorplan, you will be greeted by modern furnishings with a retro charm. Parlor on the couch or one of the two upsized armchairs. Across from the living area is where you will find the dining area tucked away. It features a round table with seating for 4. The well-appointed kitchen is located on the other side of the living area. It features all of the necessities for preparing coastal cuisine and now includes a dishwasher and countertop ice maker for calming evenings with a cool drink or the ideal reprieve on a warm summer day. A buffet table offers additional kitchen storage and is also where you will find silverware, plates, retro drinkware, a Keurig and more. When it's time to retire, both bedrooms can be found across from the kitchen. One bedroom features a queen bed with a TV; the other bedroom features a full bed. Both rooms have a closet to store all of your beach clothes! The full bathroom with a shower/tub combo is located off of the kitchen as well.

Step outside onto the deck and relax on the outdoor loveseat while you soak in the sunshine and salt air. Go downstairs and head to the sizable backyard and you'll find a cavernous outdoor shower - ideal for rinsing off the sand after a long day on the beach. Use your $150 beach gear credit from VayKGear and rent some cornhole boards or other beach games and play them after dark under the twinkling stars. You can also use your beach gear credit to rent some beach bicycles and cruise the close by Bay Drive multi-use path located half of a mile away.
