Outside, a cavernous driveway leads you to this beautiful bungalow with covered dry entry and plenty of storage space for all your beach gear. The Salty Dog is an EV-ready property! This property is equipped with an OK2Charge Level 2 Intelligent EV Charger.* Once you arrive, scan the QR code on the charger, choose your payment method, and you are ready to charge! Out back, you can take a dip in the huge (11' x 25') shining Private Pool* or relax in the warm, bubbly Hot Tub. While you're calming, let your dog run and play in the 1,600 sq. ft. fenced-in yard. Inside, the game room with tiled floors, a Foosball table, comfortable seating area with TV, and a Queen Sleeper Couch for additional space is the ideal place to hang out. Prepare snacks at the bar with a Full-Sized refrigerator or savor a game of Poker at the card table. A Full Bathroom with Laundry Area completes the level.

On the Middle Floor, you'll find four bedrooms where you're sure to appreciate sweet dreams of fun in the sun.
