Located on a peaceful cul-de-sac in Colington Harbour, Inlet Palms is really a waterman's heaven! This unique property is located on two tons and offers 160 feet of navigable canal frontage. The possibilities are countless: fishing, kayaking and paddleboarding right from your backyard. Have a bigger vessel in mind? You can even bring your boats! Use the close by community boat ramp and dock them behind the home (can accommodate two 35' - 50' vessels). Inlet Palms is dog-friendly so your number one fishing buddy can join you. After a day on the water, come home and take a dip in the pool or a soak in the hot tub. The pool can be heated during certain times of the year, ideal for off-season getaways. Inside, you'll find plenty of upgrades throughout including granite countertops, wood floors, and newly refreshed kitchens and bathrooms.
