Great prices on the beach in Kill Devil Hills! This condo is not located on the ocean side of the building, but it does have a enchanting view of the ocean and dunes between the two flanking buildings (see photos).

Here you can savor the convenience of simple beach access while being close to grocery stores, shopping, entertainment, and eateries. This light, airy condo can sleep up to 6 guests. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed with separate full bathroom and patio entrance. The second bedroom is roomy and has two twin beds, with a second full bathroom off the hall. The comfortable living room couches include a queen-size pullout bed (bring your own sheets for the pullout couch). Flat screen TVs with cable, DVD/VCR, and radio/CD player are available for your entertainment. The kitchen is cavernous and completely equipped with plenty of dishes, cookware, and silverware. There are even grilling tools in the pantry should you wish to use the outdoor grilles. The dining area includes a family-sized table with 6 chairs, as well as bar seating. The patio, located on the breezeway, is a cool and shady spot to appreciate the ocean breezes. When you need a break from salt and sand, walk over to the pool and relax in a lounge chair. Modest kids will enjoy the shallow kids's pool, and everybody can have fun on the swings or at the basketball hoop in the recreation area. The grounds are meticulously maintained and the entire complex is neat and handsome. Laundry rooms are available to guests, complimentary of charge, and are located on the ground floor. An elevator is steps away from your front door for your comfort and convenience.
