As you pull into the Hamilton Cay neighborhood, part of the Bermuda Bay community, you may wonder if you took a wrong turn somewhere and found your way to a Caribbean Island. Bright and vibrant hues all around are reminiscent of the colors of Bermuda. They provide a astounding first impression of your Outer Banks vacation community. The relaxing water feature and upsized patios with water vistas welcome you to Hamilton Cay.

Each member of your family will find something to adore as a guest of this excellent resort. A modest water park marks the centerpiece of the community. Sparkling pools, a fun splash pad with various water features, tons of fun toys and plenty of sun loungers create a super fun environment at which the kids will want to spend the whole day! Plus, this is a community which is constantly being refreshed; the Bay has a new pier constructed as of November 2019, ideal for fishing, launching kayaks or just appreciating the view.

Every member of the family can find something to appreciate here! If you're longing to feel the sand in your toes and simply must visit the beach, it's a very convenient 1-mile drive from the Bermuda Bay communities to the impressive Kill Devil Hills beaches. At Milepost 8.25, the community is wonderfully convenient to all the marvelous shopping, dining, activities and attractions that make the Outer Banks the ever-fashionable vacation destination it is. It includes an elevator which makes it super convenient for bringing items in and out! The community is just across the street from the famed Wright Memorial.

A opulent leather sectional couch and clean, bright decor awaits you in the main living area of your 2-bedroom vacation condo at Hamilton Cay. Sink into that comfort as you try to decide which movie you'd like to watch with the group. For those in a gaming mood, a second living area featuring a foosball table is set up especially for you at the condo entrance. Here, you will savor a plush cloth couch and another flat screen HDTV.

The calming vistas overlooking the community lake and green space will feel so calming as you relax on your broad patio in the comfortable Adirondack chairs with a favorite drink and the company of your friends and adored ones. It's here in nature that you will feel your anxiety begin to melt away.

The King En Suite provides a private sanctuary with a full bath and an enormous stall shower as well as a private balcony. Appreciate a few moments of peaceful privacy with your sweetheart as you sip your morning coffee or afternoon glass of wine and drink in the charming surroundings. The additional Queen bedroom is a clean, bright space with access to a full hall bath.

A entirely equipped and elegantly appointed kitchen is sure to tempt someone to create a sumptuous meal (or two!) for the group. Savor that delicious creation at the enchanting wood dining table with seating for 6. For a more casual meal, the breakfast bar can seat 4.
