Your family will adore this well cared for beach bungalow! Located on a corner lot with a big yard, this home is centrally located in Kill Devil Hills close to just about everything!

Ground Level: Exterior amenities include parking for 3 cars and a covered carport area with outside shower.

Top Level: Entry Level. Great room with TV and wood fireplace, kitchen with counter seating for 4 and the dining room seating 4 with deck access. Queen Master Bedroom with private bathroom, Queen Bedroom, Bedroom with a Full Bed, full hall bathroom and the laundry area with washer and dryer.

Extras: TV, high-speed wireless internet, parking for 3 cars, outside shower, washer and dryer, wood fireplace and linens and towels supplied. No Smoking. No Family Animals. Full week units only. Beds: 2 Queens, 1 Full Bed. House Address: 617 West Landing Drive. Key Type: Keyless entry. CHECK IN LOCATION: 3719 North Croatan Hwy, Kitty Hawk Office.

Linens and towels included at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
