Welcome to Malibu Sunset at Cambridge Reserve by KEES Vacations!

Centrally located in Kill Devil Hills, this pet-friendly, two-bedroom, two-and-one-half bath condo is ideal for short and long stays! Malibu Sunset offers convenience, comfort, and proximity to all the best stores, bars, eateries, attractions, and beaches in the Outer Banks!

The first level of this property includes a hot tub for pure relaxation, a den to hang out and mingle as well as the garage. Feel complimentary to home your beach gear here so it's ready for the next day.

Venture upstairs to the open floor plan second level which includes a new, modern full kitchen with bar stool seating, the comfortable living area and a dining table to savor meals or cards games as a group. There is also a half bathroom on this level for convenience.

Up on the third level is where you will find cozy sleeping accommodations. Both bedrooms are En Suites which accepts guests their own bathroom! Guests can choose between the King En Suite or the Pyramid Bunk En Suite room.

Malibu Sunset has everything you need for your next Outer Banks vacation. From the gas grille and hot tub area and entertainment floor to the cozy open floor plan, there is enough space for just about everybody.

Additionally, guests can appreciate access to the community pool that has both a lazy river and a splash pad, simple beach access that is a short drive from the property, and sunset vistas from the sound front community pier. Launch kayaks, bottom fish, or take in the surroundings while visiting this area.
Guests can discover the area and close by attractions including the Wright Brothers National Monument, the historic Bodie Island Lighthouse, Roanoke Island Festival Park, and painless day trips to Hatteras Island, Duck, and Corolla.

Malibu Sunset is pet-friendly, so there is no need to leave your pooch at home! For a modest one-time fee of $135, you can bring up to two dogs to our pet-friendly property. No cats or other animals, dogs only.

This property has 2 parking spots for guests: one in the garage and one in the driveway. (Guests are allowed access to the garage.) Please note that there are also multiple first-come, first-served visitor parking spots.

**Private outdoor community pools and/or waterpark play areas are available, weather permitting, beginning on weekends only (Friday to Sunday) May 3 to May 19. Beginning May 24, the pool will be open daily and close on September 30 for the season. Please know that pool operating dates are subject to change at any point, for any reason.**

**Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6 p.m. on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter backyard to clean the pool and/or spa on scheduled cleaning days.**

Check-In begins at 4PM. Your keyless entry code will begin granting access at this time.
Check-Out is 10AM.

About the Area

Located in Kill Devil Hills, this vacation home is near the beach. Wright Brothers National Memorial and Roanoke Marshes Lighthouse are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Stop-N-Shop Beach Shop and Destination Fun. Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Paradise Fun Park are also worth visiting. Getting the most from your spending budget:
