The ideal location for a nightly hideaway, weekend vacation or extended stay in Heaven! Walk or bicycle out your driveway to the sound - paddle board, kayak. Multiple public access points to sound off Bay Dr-while it is sandy terrain this is not a beach. Direct access to paved and marked cycling and hiking trails that will lead you into Kitty Hawk OR to the Wright Brothers Memorial! Very short drive to the handsome beach and surf of the Atlantic Ocean!
The space
A bright one bedroom ground level apartment with a cavernous kitchen, bathroom, washer and dryer, ample storage space, and outdoor patio with swinging benches, grille, and picnic table! Wide, ground level entrance leads into huge living room. Living room has a double pullout couch that doubles as the second bed accommodation!

Back road access to the sound powerboat ramp less than one mile away in Kill Devil Hills off of Bay Drive.

FYI - Owners do have two dogs that live up-stairs, Tide an adult labradoodle and Muffy a senior poodle .

Located in Kill Devil Hills, this vacation home is by the sea. Wright Brothers National Memorial and Glazin' Go-Nuts are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Paradise Fun Park and Children at Play Museum.
