The modern, neutral exterior color will instantly remind you of home before you step foot inside. The ground level of this familiar home is solely designated for the common areas. The Living Area is charmingly decorated in fresh modern decor, with a slight coastal flare that isn't too loud. The Kitchen features rich, dark wood cabinets and is supplied with all stainless steel appliances -- everything you could think to need for preparing savory seafood dishes. The Dining Area table seats 6, with additional bar seating for two at the broad kitchen island. Through the sliding glass doors, you'll find a patio table with an umbrella, plus an broad backyard for the kids to play in, just like home! The ground level also holds a convenient laundry area and half bath.

Travel up the stairs to the top level and you'll find the cavernous sleeping quarters for Serenity. The King Master Bedroom has private access to the covered porch, which is a nice, cool location for sipping your morning coffee while breathing in the calming smell of sea salt in the air.
