It's very close to a user-friendly beach access ( a short 2 block walk) , #2. its located between the by-pass and the beach road which provides a peaceful safe street for kids and walking animals, modest talk with neighbors, and cycling or walking. #3. Located on highest land elevation in Kill Devil Hills near Wright Brothers Memorial, #4. it's across the street from Publix grocery store, the best putt-putt course on the outer banks, and a new water park for kids! #5. The acclaimed Goombay's Restaurant is a short 5-min. walk from front door to front door!! #6. This bungalow also provides a manicured irrigated sodded yard (unlike many briary yards on the outer banks) for cornhole, throwing frisbee, or just plain barefoot walking in the grass!
