This bungalow is located in a great spot: #1. It's very close to a user-friendly beach access ( a short 2 block walk) , #2. its located between the by-pass and the beach road which provides a peaceful safe street for kids and walking animals, modest talk with neighbors, and cycling or walking. #3. Located on highest land elevation in Kill Devil Hills near Wright Brothers Memorial, #4. it's across the street from Publix grocery store, the best putt-putt course on the outer banks, and a new water park for kids! #5. The acclaimed Goombay's Restaurant is a short 5-min. walk from front door to front door!! #6. This bungalow also provides a manicured irrigated sodded yard (unlike many briary yards on the outer banks) for cornhole, throwing frisbee, or just plain barefoot walking in the grass!
This home is newly remodeled and is professionally decorated by a well-known local interior decorator. The home is equipped with all new appliances, including a warming oven, convection oven, dishwasher, top of line refrigerator and stove!
