Welcome to Sea Life Cottage, a true ocean front historic bungalow offering unobstructed beach and ocean vistas. This vintage bungalow is a comfortable place to create new family memories.

Sea Life offers 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, a cozy living room, and a full kitchen. The bungalow offers ocean vistas from the back deck, enclosed screen porch, queen bedroom and living room.

If you want the convenience of being ocean front, and only steps from the beach, then Sea Life is the place!

The space

Sea Life Cottage is a vintage bungalow directly on the Atlantic Ocean side of OBX. The home has a washer and dryer, and a entirely equipped kitchen. The bungalow has the original ship lap walls. Future renovations include the primary bedroom and bathroom. The hall bathroom was refreshed January 2024.

You cannot beat the location and convenient access to the beach. You can grab your beach chair, and your drink of choice, and walk to the beach. Head back to the home to make lunch or take a nap, then head back to the beach. No long walks or having to park close by and lug all your gear to the beach! What could be better than the convenience of being ocean front and making it as painless as possible for you and your appreciated ones and friends to savor the OBX!

I want everybody to be knowledgable of what our delightful bungalow offers, and doesn't. Please respond to the embedded question in the Things to Know, House Rules section in your original request which lets me know you've read all about our home. We don't want you to be surprised upon arrival that our home doesn't fulfill your wishes.
Guest access
There is enough room for two enormous or three modest cars on the driveway. Public parking is available a block-and-a-half away for additional cars.

This cottage is located in Kill Devil Hills. Jennette's Pier and Avalon Fishing Pier are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Outer Banks Beaches and Nags Head Woods Preserve.
