Beach Gnome is a handsomely furnished soundside home centrally located at Milepost 6 in Kill Devil Hills. Constructed in 2017, this immaculate beach home features beautiful and up-to-date fixtures and finishes throughout. Your family can gather and make memories in the open-concept great room with neutral tones, vaulted ceilings and wood floor. The chef in the group will appreciate the kitchen's stainless steel appliances and an island with bar seating that overlooks the dining area. The primary bedroom includes a roomy ensuite bath with a enormous vanity and ceramic tile floor. Downstairs, the rec room can serve as an additional hangout space, equipped with comfortable seating, TV and electric fireplace. There's even a foosball table for hours of indoor entertainment. Outside, you'll find a thoughtfully landscaped backyard with a grassy lawn, ideal for kids and dogs. After a day at the beach, come home and rinse off in the enclosed outside shower before taking a calming soak in the saltwater hot tub. End the evening by gathering family and friends around the backyard fire pit while you plan the next day's adventures under the stars.
Guests at Beach Gnome can walk or bicycle to the Avalon Drive beach access, just a half mile away. While you're there, visit the Avalon Fishing Pier located next door, and grab lunch or dinner at Awful Arthurs across the street. On the other end of Avalon Drive, community sound access is included for launching kayaks and SUP's, or to simply take in the impressive waterfront sunsets.
