Appreciate Rowen's OBX Studio apartment located in Kill Devil Hills (5.5 milepost) just steps away from handsome Bay Drive. The Studio is cozy and comfortable, located on the ground level of our home with a private entrance.......PERFECT for couples or the single traveler. We live upstairs full-time, so you may see us working in the yard or coming and going from time to time. Don't hesitate to say "hello" or ask questions. The Studio has a comfortable queen size bed, full bath, kitchenette with full size refrigerator/ice maker, microwave, new (2023) 55' intelligent TV, and complimentary Wifi.
