Don't worry about sandy suits after long days on the beach either, as a private washer and dryer await on the lower level of the home. Don't forget to bring the furry members of the family along too because this home is dog-friendly!

Sitting on a peaceful peninsula in the sound, this getaway will give you a sense of tranquility and peaceful, yet you can make your way just six miles to the heart of Kill Devil Hills where you will find a plethora of eateries, shopping options, and grocery stores. While out and about, be sure to check out the famed Wright Brothers National Memorial, Jockey's Ridge State Park, or North Carolina Aquarium on Roanoke Island. Plus, there are a plethora of local golf courses to get a round of 18 in!

THINGS TO KNOW
The Colington Harbor Community Outdoor Pool is located at 1000 Colington Dr., Kill Devil Hills, NC 27948. Wristbands for pool access are available at the pool facility from 11 am to 7 pm. The cost for access is a $2 deposit per band (cash only). A max. of eight guests are welcome. For use of the boat ramp, guests must pay cash only (exact change preferred) at the entry guard gate at a rate of $10 per day or $25 per week.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already supplied in your quote when selecting "Yes" to family pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
