Quiznos is all about quality, with fresh vegetables, meats, cheese and breads that make the perfect subs and sliders for an excellent and convenient lunch or dinner. The menu offers more than 25 new items and more items are introduced regularly. Quiznos recently introduced all-natural chicken sandwiches to the menu, such as Chicken Carbonara, Mesquite Chicken, California Chicken Club, Chicken Milano and Baja Chicken sandwiches.

At Quiznos, you can eat just what you’re craving every time with a Create Your Own sandwich menu: you select the bread, meat, cheese, vegetables and toppings and sauces for a custom sandwich option.

For healthy options, a variety of salads are offered that are under 500 calories including Honey Mustard Chicken, Mediterranean Chicken, Peppercorn Caesar with Chicken, Cobb and Harvest Chicken salads. Each of these salads is also available as a wrap. Soups are also healthy, under 500 calorie options of Broccoli Cheese, Chicken Noodle and Chili.

Quizno’s is kid friendly, with lots of kids meal options for even the pickiest eaters. Desserts are available, including a Chocolate Chunk Cookie, Chocolate Fudge Brownie, Cinnamon Sugar Cookie or Marshmallow Treat.
