The home is within a couple of miles of the Wright Brothers Memorial and a one-mile drive to public access Atlantic ocean beaches and the Avalon Pier. You are a very close walk to Bay Drive and the multi-use path along Kitty Hawk Bay, and the community gazebo where visitors can watch fantastic sunsets. In addition, there is a public recreation park close by with tennis and pickleball courts.

This classic North Carolina getaway offers an enclosed, grassy backyard with room for badminton or other lawn games, a shining outdoor pool, numerous poolside loungers where you can work on your tan, and an outdoor dining area to dine alfresco.

The first level of this spectacular home features a sunny rec room with direct access to the backyard. Gather here with your family and friends and create everlasting memories playing Ping-Pong or streaming entertaining movies and series on the intelligent TV in the lounge area. The well-appointed kitchenette has your back when snack time comes - find a full-size refrigerator to store all of your goodies, a microwave, and a coffee maker along with a convenient table. This level also features a full bathroom. The second floor features three out of four bedrooms, a laundry room with a washer/dryer, and a roomy deck with rocking chairs. All three OBX-themed bedrooms have intelligent TVs and en suite bathrooms.

And last, but definitely not least, the third level is where you can find the main living space along with the primary suite! Unwind with your adored ones in the living room, furnished with inviting chairs and a couch, a pretty coffee table, and a intelligent TV. Spend countless evenings streaming favorite movies or shows, playing board games, or simply calming. Sliding glass doors lead you to the deck with great vistas of Kitty Hawk Bay to the west. Prepare savory culinary masterpieces for everybody in the well-appointed kitchen, complete with shiny countertops and top-notch stainless steel appliances that will make cooking a breeze. The primary duck-themed suite also features a intelligent TV and an en suite bath.

Private Pool Dates: The private pool is open May 1st through October 15th. The private pool is unavailable outside of these dates.
