Property is located on the soundfront in Kill Devil Hills. This is the best of both worlds - watersports, fishing, crabbing - with just a short walk or bicycle ride to the beach - the Bayside in OBX has so much more to offer! Spend evenings dining al fresco while watching the sunset. Bay Drive offers the best cycling and running path in the OuterBanks! Miles of running or cycling trails with spectacular vistas of the sound directly in front of your home! All this, in a calming, residential neighborhood - charming for families.

This is a reverse floorplan, four bedroom, four full bath home with three master bedrooms. The top level of the home has kitchen, dining, living area with a Master Bedroom with full bath that overlooks the sound with deck access. The middle level has two master bedrooms with connected full baths overlooking the sound with deck access and one junior bedroom that shares a bath. The lower level IS NOT connected by interior staircase to the upper two levels, but is accessible by elevator. It is a recreational room with one bedroom and a lounge/tv area and a full bath.
