Located directly on the canal, Sunset Dreamin’ lives up to its name with splendid sunset vistas from the decks, living room, top level en suite, and sunroom. Boating enthusiasts will appreciate the private boat dock, with community boat ramp access located close by.

Wide, wraparound decks invite you up the front stairs with cheery, colorful touches on the exterior of the home. As you enter, you’ll experience the thoughtful and appealing coastal décor and open floorplan suitable for appreciating family togetherness. The main level includes a well-appointed eat-in kitchen with seating for 4, plus 4 counter height barstools, and access to the sunroom for the ultimate in relaxation and serenity.

Also on the main level are two bedrooms, one with a king bed, the other a queen, both accessing the full hall bathroom. Upstairs, you’ll find a king en suite, featuring pretty sunset and canal vistas. Retire for the evening enjoying the kaleidoscope of colors only an OBX sunset can provide.
