An ocean view, a few steps on the direct beach access and you're on the beach, private salt water swimming pool, hot tub and enormous outdoor garden areas with chairs for sunbathing, calming, grilling and dining. Kitchette on ground floor with full-sized refrigerator to support outdoor dining under the pergola. Location is everything!
