Private Pools are open from May 3, 2024 until October 13, 2024 and May 2, 2025 until October 12, 2025. Pool heat is not an option for this property. Hot tubs are available year-round. The fireplace seen in the photos is non-functioning and not available for use.

All Outer Banks Blue properties provide bed linens and bath towels for a modest fee added to every reservation. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant. We provide 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. We also provide kitchen towels. Beds are made prior to your arrival, and we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, bathroom soap, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent.

Get the best rental value:

• The earlier your group can book a vacation rental, the easier your search will be. The most desirable properties are booked early. Booking your vacation home up to 12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental home.
• To find the largest rental home within budget, we suggest reserving in Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at the beach and popular Kill Devil Hills attractions. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer.
• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host whether your family qualifies for a price reduction.
• Property managers often offer guests an option to add trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally will cost you between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed time as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for program terms and fees.

• Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, walk through the property to confirm you've collected all belongings. Re-check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Inspect the rental one final time and scan for any damage. We suggest walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager is not available, take photos and video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
• Leave feedback! Hosts rely on good feedback to inspire new reservations. They'll be much obliged for your review.
