This home is supplied in the AVALON BEACH IMPROVEMENT ASSOCIATION {ABIA, INC.} which means our guests have access to our private parking lot located just South of AVALON PIER and the Sound parking, which is located on the Sound at the end of Avalon Dr.

Step inside to find a thoughtfully laid-out interior featuring three comfortable sleeping areas: a cavernous King bedroom, a cozy Queen bedroom, and a twin daybed with trundle—ideal for kids or additional guests. Two full hall bathrooms ensure there’s plenty of space for everybody to refresh after a long day at the beach.
