The condo features a welcoming ambiance and modern amenities, ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring the enchanting Outer Banks. With a roomy living area, completely equipped kitchen, and two cozy bedrooms, guests can relax and appreciate their OBX hideaway to the fullest.

One of the highlights of Kiki's Place is its access to the striking amenities within the Croatan Surf Club community. Guests can swim in the community pools (indoor and outdoor), relax in the spa area, or savor a leisurely afternoon at the community gazebo overlooking the ocean. Plus, with three convenient community elevators, accessing your condo is a breeze. Whether you're calming by the pool, strolling along the beach, or exploring the close by attractions, Kiki's Place offers the ideal home base for your Outer Banks adventure.

Beach Access: Savor the painless access to the beach by using the Community access behind the building, private to guests staying in the community.

No Smoking/Vaping, Croatan Surf Club is a non-smoking facility. Smoking is not allowed in units or common areas. No Animals Accepted.

Community pools are open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Dates and times may vary dependent on weather and pool management companies.

All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. Please refer to the rental agreement you will be signing to accept or decline this coverage as your refund in the time of cancellation will be dependent on your acceptance in most situations. All guests must sign and return a rental agreement before reservations are confirmed. Payment for travel insurance, if accepted, will be processed upon receipt of this signed agreement.

Standard cancellation policy is: CANCELLATION POLICY and SUBSTITUTIONS - Any changes, including changing dates, switching of properties, or complete cancellations will invoke the cancellation policy. Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. Please do not ask. All cancellations are subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted to Agent in writing (e-mail is acceptable). In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental prices in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.
