This waterfront home has a beautiful view of the sound as it sits high on a dune overlooking the sound. Just relax on the private pier. The sunsets are marvelous!
The home has 3 bedrooms and / 2 baths with a total 3 queen beds and 1 twin bed. Dining table sits 8, plus 2 bar stools. It's located in the private gated community with a giant community soundfront pool, beach, marina with a boat launch and a covered picnic area!
Go for a kayak paddle and discover the wildlife in and around the sound. Fishing is great off your own private pier as well as crabbing. Two kayaks are supplied.

Located on the waterfront, this vacation home is in Colington Harbour, a neighborhood in Kill Devil Hills.
