Luxury Linen Package- This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundles in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 2 bath towels per person the home sleeps, 1 wash cloth per person, 2 hand towels per bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

This home may only be over-occupied during the event date and the event times listed on the Special Events Request Form and Lease Addendum required to be signed and returned with your Lease Agreement. Tents and canopies can't be placed anywhere on the premises without permission from Brindley Beach Vacations. (unless otherwise advertised). Every Special Event reservation will have 1 additional fee that is further explained on the Special Events Request form and Lease Addendum: (1) Event Fee: $2500, the event fee is a mandatory fee paid in addition to the rental rate on all special event reservations.
