Our home is essentially new and impeccably kept, with charming furnishings and upgrades throughout. Incredible sunsets are just down the street and beaches are about 1/2 mile away. The Outer Banks is a nature lover’s dream and a haven for nearly 400 species of birds. Join us in the “off-season” for birding in the Pea Island Wildlife Refuge, a fast half hour drive away. For a one-of-a-kind adventure, discover the Alligator River Refuge just under an hour away and check out the bears, deer, and wolves. Bring your boat, you can launch it at the Dock Street Access just a quick 2 min. drive away!

Leave your stresses at home; with the sound and the ocean close by, they will be washed away. Our home is a roomy and bright, gorgeously constructed 3 bedroom, 3 bath getaway. Dry entry brings you into the ground level, where you will find the first living area with a TV and Roku, a full bath, and a roomy office space for those needing to catch up on work. Up one flight to the next level you’ll find 3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, dining area, and laundry area. The first Queen bedroom offers a elegant private bath with walk in tiled shower and double vanity. The second and third Queen bedrooms are convenient to a roomy full bath offering a tub/shower combination. Bedrooms all have a comfortable window seat for the ideal space to relax. All beds are brand new and furnishings have been carefully chosen to maximize your rest and relaxation!

Down the hall you will find the laundry room with enormous capacity washer and dryer for your convenience. To the right is our pretty kitchen outfitted with everything you might need to appreciate fine meals at home with your group. We have a entirely equipped open kitchen that joins the dining and living areas with island seating. Included are dishes, cookware, pots, pans, cutlery, barware, and glassware for your every culinary need. Appliances include a blender, Keurig/standard coffee maker combo, microwave, dishwasher, gas range/oven, and refrigerator/freezer with ice maker and filtered water. A bespoke kitchen island with hand-constructed stools offers space to savor conversation over drinks. The dining area offers more seating options with a table that has space to seat 6 comfortably for meals or game time. Sink into our cozy sectional to savor your favorite movie or relax with a good book. Natural light floods this space, outfitted with motorized, natural fiber window shades for your privacy. Step through the front door to enjoy the deck that wraps the side of our home. You can also see the sound from the front deck here as well. We have two areas for outdoor seating where you can enjoy morning coffee or a sunset drink.

Our charming home is a ideal choice for visitors with its proximity to golfing, shopping, eateries, arts, sightseeing, boating, fishing, bird watching, jet skiing, surfing, kite boarding & eco tours; many are in walking distance! We have 2 bicycles for your use as well. Please know that our intention is for them to always be available, but if they need maintenance on a turn day they may be out of commission until that can be accomplished.
