(Please keep in mind, the home is located on a direct beach access with parking, at times it can get full. Most adore the feel, others may not.)

Downstairs "Storage Room"-
The enclosure located on ground level, has a separate entrance and is not as upgraded like the upper level main living area. It was not designed as living space, is primarily used as storage and sleeping is not recommended.

Please note: While remodeled, this is an older original beach home. As a piece of OBX history, that's OK though as it all adds to the appeal and soul of the Magical Bungalow.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home and property. For those, that appreciate clean laundry, like us, we have a washer + dryer set up in the garage area.

Housekeeping, Maintenance, Inspection & Cleaning Notes:
We believe a very clean & functional home is of the utmost importance for our guests upon arrival. Between each guest stay our beach homes are thoroughly cleaned, sanitized & inspected.

All of our in-home housekeepers are trained in our proprietary ‘Sparkling Clean’ cleaning process and as of 2025 every beach home contains at least one floor-cleaning Robot on-site. Our staff also includes a full-time licensed Builder, so if an unlikely maintenance issue does occur, you can feel confident it will be fixed fast!

As further commitment to delivering an exceptional stay a ‘Quality Assurance Inspection’ occurs prior to arrival.

Pet Friendly Guidelines:
We appreciate dogs and are happy to have your four-legged family members join you. Due to additional detailed cleaning required following a pet stay we do request a fee of $25 per nighttime.

Please note:
• One dog max
• Some breeds may not be allowed due to insurance restrictions
• This fee does not include excessive pet hair removal, stain removal on fabrics or droppings pick-up

Check-Out Expectations:
We invest a lot of time, money and effort to deliver exceptional stays for our guests. If deliberate damage, disrespect or lack of basic cleanliness is identified during the check-out inspection process, the guest of record will be charged to compensate needed cleaning and ensure the property is ready for incoming guests.

About the Area

Located in Kill Devil Hills, this vacation home is near the beach. Paradise Fun Park and Children at Play Museum are local attractions and those in the mood for shopping can visit Outer Banks Mall and Scarborough Lane Shoppes. Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Stop-N-Shop Beach Shop are also worth visiting. Jet skiing and kayaking offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking/biking trails and hunting nearby.
