The Neighborhood:
Quiet neighborhood loaded with great amenities for families. Take a right out of the driveway and walk down to Hayman park (1 block down on a peaceful residential street - no busy roads to cross)Take a left out of the driveway to the bay front gazebo and flex path and appreciate the sunsets (2-min. walk).
To get to the beach (driving recommended) take a right out of the driveway and drive to the stop sign at the end of Hayman. Go straight across and there is complimentary beach parking right there!

All of our homes have exterior security cameras for the safety and security of our guests. This home has 3 recording cameras on the exterior of the home. Wright Brothers National Memorial and Monument to a Century of Flight are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Paradise Fun Park and Children at Play Museum.
