BookSmart Properties presents: The Salty Pug! Located on the bay & completely refreshed for 2025, this home is packed with amenities! Appreciate vistas from the spa, or challenge an opponent to a round of ping pong. The downstairs kitchenette provides space for snacks/drinks, while the outfitted upstairs kitchen is ready for a chef to prepare some delicious meals! When you're ready for bed, tumble into one of the four bedrooms. The sun will rise with you when you savor your coffee on the screened in porch.

The Salty Pug is a newly refreshed bayfront home that offers delightful water vistas, a fresh interior, and access to a community pool. The bay is nice and shallow right with a sandbar 50 feet out from the home, which is ideal for kiddos to splash and play while parents relax in chairs onshore. If you wanted to leave the property, there is a sand area near the community pool as well as a community beach. From the brand new interior to the family friendly exterior, you will want to plan your stay at The Salty Pug this year!

**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. Located on the waterfront, this vacation home is in Colington Harbour, a neighborhood in Kill Devil Hills. Stop-N-Shop Beach Shop and Destination Fun are local attractions and those in the mood for shopping can visit Outer Banks Mall and Outlets Nags Head. Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Paradise Fun Park are also worth visiting. - Summertime is high season in Kill Devil Hills. To get the largest rental within budget, we highly recommend reserving in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons. You'll benefit from lower rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at Kill Devil Hills restaurants, beaches, and activities.
- In the Kill Devil Hills area, The sooner your group can reserve a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The most desirable vacation homes are booked very early.
