BookSmart Properties presents: The Salty Pug! Located on the bay & completely refreshed for 2025, this home is packed with amenities! Appreciate vistas from the spa, or challenge an opponent to a round of ping pong. The downstairs kitchenette provides space for snacks/drinks, while the outfitted upstairs kitchen is ready for a chef to prepare some delicious meals! When you're ready for bed, tumble into one of the four bedrooms. The sun will rise with you when you savor your coffee on the screened in porch.

The Space:
The Salty Pug is a freshly refreshed bayfront home that offers gorgeous water vistas, a fresh interior, and access to a community pool. The bay is nice and shallow right with a sandbar 50 feet out from the home, which is ideal for kiddos to splash and play while parents relax in chairs onshore. If you wanted to leave the property, there is a sand area near the community pool as well as a community beach. From the brand new interior to the family friendly exterior, you will want to plan your stay at The Salty Pug this year!

**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**

**Up to two dogs are welcome for a $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation**

The outdoor shower at the property is not functional.

High speed Wifi is an conveniences that is supplied at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
