This Big Bargain House, 309 Jean Court, Kill Devil Hills is located on a peaceful cul-de-sac, close enough to walk to the ocean or the Pamlico Sound.Pool installation beginning soon.Expected opening April 30.

Check in time is 4:00 pm and check out time is 10:00 am unless verbal permission has been made.

Typical stay is Sunday 4:00 pm thru Saturday 10:00 am during peak summer months.

From June through August, We Prefer Renting Full Weeks (Sunday through Saturday, or Saturday through Sunday) to accommodate families that take a week off work and need weekends for travel to destination.
Winter and Spring and Fall weekends are available, but minimum stay is three days.

House is 3 min. drive from complimentary beachfront parking with lifeguard in summer months. We have beach chairs for use.

Great home for multiple family use with parking for six cars/boat.

New Hot arrived the May 2021. Suitable for two but three fit satisfactorily.

House is located on a peaceful cul-de-sac within the shopping hub of Kill Devil Hills. Food, clothing, souvenirs, fine dining, sand dunes, beaches and boat launches are mins. away.

Three levels, broad decking, includes a crows nest, 2 enclosed patios, outside shower and carport with a swing and a propane gas grille and a charcoal grille.

As if you were at your own home, please swap out grille propane tank if you run it out. Extra tank is in shed.

Fenced wooded lot suitable for dogs. If needed, Gate lock key is on door frame with shed key, beside washer.

Two seat kayak and ten-foot surfboard in back yard or on bottom level. Four bicycles and enormous kites in the shed.
The shed has a lock. Key to lock is hanging on the door frame on a nail by the clothes washer.
Two swings for younger kids in back yard. Weight limit from 60-100 pounds.

Sleeps 11, 4 BR, 3 BA, 2 queens, 6 twin beds, 1 inflatible bed. Beds are made and ready upon your arrival. There are bath and kitchen towels. Bath hand soap is supplied, as well as automatic dish washing detergent.
Bring your own shower soap and toiletries.

There is a gazebo and kayak launch and boat ramp and fishing pier and The Kitty Hawk Trail on Pamlico Sound within a mile from the home.

There is complimentary beachside parking on East Hayman Blvd. only three streets away. During summer months, Lifeguard on duty until 5 pm. Porta potty and feet wash.
