Beach access is just a short 2-min. walk from the front door after crossing Rte. 12 (the Beach Road). This home is decorated with granite countertops and wood floors throughout. The kitchen is completely equipped for your cooking needs. In addition, there is a separate kitchenette in the lower rec. room. This home has ceiling fans, a pool table, sports bar, exercise equipment, wireless internet access, a gas grille, a charcoal grille, and much more. Make memories splashing around in the glistening (12x24) private pool.

Get your bags and groceries to the top floor with ease using the stair tamer. A $75.00 + tax returnable deposit is required at check-in to receive the remote and will be refunded upon the remote being returned to the office. A $25 + tax returnable deposit is required to receive the cornhole bags. Refunded upon the bags being returned to the office.
