“Ocean Blue” is a great place to appreciate quality décor and finishes for a great price! It is only the third home from the ocean and centrally located. Your family will adore the convenience and ambiance this cozy oceanside bungalow offers. The beach is just mins. away with a sidewalk for safety. Two bedrooms are masters here, with the top level bedrooms sharing a Jack and Jill-style bathroom. A great difference for you is that this home is not reverse floor plan! The kitchen and great room are on the middle floor making access to the family gathering space simple for all. In addition, young kids can sleep on the top level without the overhead noise of teens and adults.

The ground level master bedroom is a peaceful respite for its occupants. There is only one flight of stairs to access the great room from either bedroom level. Stunning wood floors in the gathering areas and ceramic tile in the bathrooms give this beauty a sense of style. Kitchen has a center island and pantry with open concept great room and dining area, in addition to granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There is plenty of room to gather around to help for mealtimes!

The top floor has two bedrooms and a cute sitting area with an ocean view through the window. All bedrooms have LCD TVs. The home is a short walk to a beach access that has a lifeguard stand (Memorial Day to Labor Day only). Adults and kids can walk to shopping, eateries, and the Avalon Pier from the home. Drive a few mins. for family activities like go carts and putt-putt, the movie theater, many more eateries, shopping, and the Wright Brothers National Park.

Top-Level: Queen Bedroom with TV, shares Jack and Jill Full Bathroom with Bedroom with 2 Bunk Beds and TV; Loft with Seating.

All Outer Banks Blue properties provide bed linens and bath towels for a modest fee added to every reservation. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant. We provide 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. We also provide kitchen towels. Beds are made prior to your arrival, and we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, bathroom soap, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent.
