Housekeeping, Maintenance, Inspection & Cleaning Notes:
We believe a very clean & functional home is of the utmost importance for our guests upon arrival. Between each guest stay our beach homes are thoroughly cleaned, sanitized & inspected.
All of our in-home housekeepers are trained in our proprietary ‘Sparkling Clean’ cleaning process and as of 2025 every beach home contains at least one floor-cleaning Robot on-site. Our staff also includes a full-time licensed Builder, so if an unlikely maintenance issue does occur, you can feel confident it will be fixed fast!
As further commitment to delivering an exceptional stay a ‘Quality Assurance Inspection’ occurs prior to arrival.
Pet Friendly Guidelines:
We appreciate dogs and are happy to have your four-legged family members join you. Due to additional detailed cleaning required following a pet stay we do request a fee of $25 per nighttime.

• Some breeds may not be allowed due to insurance restrictions
• This fee does not include excessive pet hair removal, stain removal on fabrics or droppings pick-up
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home and property. For those, that enjoy clean laundry, like us, we have a washer + dryer set up in it's own laundry room.

Check-Out Expectations: We invest a lot of time, money and effort to deliver exceptional stays for our guests. If deliberate damage, disrespect or lack of basic cleanliness is identified during the check-out inspection process, the guest of record will be charged to compensate needed cleaning and ensure the property is ready for incoming guests.

Located in Kill Devil Hills, this vacation home is near the beach. Glazin' Go-Nuts and Wright Brothers National Memorial are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Monument to a Century of Flight and Roanoke Marshes Lighthouse.
