The Cottage is a three story, three bedroom bungalow steps from the beach and the Avalon Pier. Plenty of decks to watch the sunrise and the sunset. A fast walk to Awful Authors Restaurant and Seafood Bar.

4. Garage with front and back overhead door - superb for entertaining.

Located in Kill Devil Hills, this cottage is near the beach. Jennette's Pier and Avalon Fishing Pier are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit Outer Banks Mall and Scarborough Lane Shoppes. Paradise Fun Park and Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf are also worth visiting.
