The Urban Boutique beach home is centrally located in a peaceful neighborhood in Kill Devil Hills. The property is within 1 mile walking distance to the beach (~ 15-20 min walk). We prefer to drive to the there. There are multiple public beach accesses where you can park complimentary of charge.
Urban Boutique is a few blocks away from the spectacular Bay Drive. We adore watching sunsets at one of the gazebos or at the boat ramp.
The bay drive has a hidden pathway that leads to the First Flight Memorial (~ 2 mile bicycle ride).
Urban Boutique is located within walking/cycling distance from the beach, movies, Front porch Cafe, Target, Belk shopping center and Publix. *you have to cross the highway to get to the beach, however there is a safe crosswalk on the way.
The property is a 3 bedroom/2 bath beach box with a specious play room/hang out area downstairs and a laundry room. An outdoor lounge + a faced in backyard. A covered porch on the 2nd floor is a ideal spot to savor your morning coffee.
The property has plenty of parking space (up to 4 cars).
The living room has an a 60in TV. There is another TV downstairs in a family room. No cable, but feel complimentary to use fire stick with your personal account. ***Netflix is on us!
We will provide basic necessities:
-Kitchen (paper towels, salt, pepper, some spices, sugar, cooking spray, olive oil, a stick of butter, tea, coffee and some snacks)
-Bathrooms (hand soap, shampoo, body wash, towels, hairdryer x1)
-Bedrooms (bed sheets)
-iron and an ironing board
We encourage to bring your own bicycles, kayaks, paddle boards, jet ski to entirely experience what OBX has to offer!!!

- Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
- Did your family have a wonderful time? Many rental managers make it easy for customers to provide reviews. If your rental property and/or property manager was terrific, they would love to hear about it.
