Three bedroom, two bath home located in the heart of Kill Devil Hills! Saturday check-in/check-out. This home is our little sanctuary on the sound side of the OBX. A 2 min. drive to the beach! From rocking chairs on the front porch to outdoor furnishings and a swing downstairs on the carport area, there's room for everybody to find their own little corner for solitude or gather together for a homestyle happy hour.
We installed brand new floor throughout the home in 2022, eliminating all of the carpet on the main level. It looks and feels great!
There are 2 beach chairs and numerous body boards/skim boards available for use during your stay.
Please read rules for our home rental before reserving. We do require a minimum age of 25 to rent. We do require an ID check. We require the person renting our home be present in our home for the duration of the rental period. (I.e. Parents reserving our home on behalf of underage kids and not being present will result in cancellation of reservation. This can result in removal from our home if discovered during the rental period and there will be no refunds issued.)

Located in Kill Devil Hills, this vacation home is by the sea. Avalon Fishing Pier and Paradise Fun Park are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Outer Banks Beaches and Kitty Hawk Woods Reserve.
