Located one block from eateries, gas stations, and shopping and only three blocks from the beach, this modern and breezy home has it all for a memorable vacation! The location also is a great perk - you will be located on the west side of the highway, the ideal spot for a peaceful holiday. This home has many trees that create plenty of privacy and handsome vistas. Everything is new here -landscaping, AC, paint, appliances, fixtures, toilets, TVs, kitchenware, furnishings, patio furnishings, beds, floor, tree platform deck railing, partial home deck railing, and screens.

The main entrance to the home is on the second level, which hosts the main living space with a light-filled open floor plan, the main bedroom with an en suite bathroom, a laundry room, and a half bathroom. Stream everybody's favorite movie on the intelligent TV in the living room, snuggle up on the inviting couch, and get ready for an entertaining evening at home! Then, challenge your friends to a cornhole game on the balcony while the group's chef prepares tasty snacks for everybody. The wraparound balcony also provides guests with a great outdoor lounge area to chill with friends. The kitchen is complete with modern appliances, including a French-door refrigerator, stove, oven, and dishwasher. Coffee enthusiasts will savor the cute coffee corner by the kitchen, equipped with a Keurig coffee maker and many fresh coffee cups along with wine glasses. And last, but not least, the upper level of this gem offers two well-appointed bedrooms (both equipped with desks and TVs) and a shared full bathroom.

Head down to the first floor, where the game room provides guests with a comfortable place to spend countless entertaining hours - equipped with a shuffleboard table, a Galanz refrigerator, a intelligent TV, and a convenient tall bistro table set for two.
