- This 3-story home requires steps to access the main entrance on the 2nd floor. Interior stairs are required to access the primary living space and kitchen on the 3rd floor. There is a step-complimentary entrance, 1 bedroom, and 1 full bathroom with a walk-in shower on the ground floor
- Lawn maintenance is done on Tuesdays or Wednesdays, and a lawnmower may be present during your stay
- Your safety matters. This property features 2 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is on the lower deck facing the guest entry, and camera 2 is in the carport facing the carport parking space. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces. They record video when activated by motion
