This handsome vacation home is one that you can't miss it driving down the road! Conveniently located in the heart of Kill Devil Hills, you are just a stone's throw away from some of our favorite eateries, historic sites and family attractions. RoxSand offers so many fabulous amenities, including the Avalon Pier and beach access right at the end of your road. RoxSand will have you falling in adore with the Outer Banks over and over again!

When you pull up to this bright, red beach bungalow, you'll find plenty of parking in the driveway and under the Covered Carport. Grille up some delicious fresh, local North Carolina seafood on the close by Park-Style Grille and head on out back to the poolside patio where you'll find a convenient Picnic Area that's ideal for some al fresco dining. Rinse off in the Outdoor Shower before taking a dip in the Private Pool* or resting your muscles in the bubbly Hot Tub. After you've spent plenty of time working on your tan in the lounge area, make your way inside to the comfortable Den with a Flatscreen TV and Foosball Table for some relaxation and plenty of bright, natural light. A Full Bathroom with a Stand-Up Shower and a Washer and Dryer are close by for your convenience.

Find plenty of place to get some sleep on the Middle Level where you can get cozy in the King Master Bedroom with a Private Bathroom or the Queen Bedroom with huge windows and a impressive view. For the kiddos, savor a fun Pyramid Bunk Room and a Full Hallway Bathroom, ensuring everybody has their own space while still being just a bedroom away. When you're ready to appreciate some fresh salt air and cool ocean breezes, relax on the Mid-Level Covered Back Deck with a cavernous view of the surrounding homes.
